Welcome to Complaint Girl™! Being personally responsible for all complaints at the largest entertainment venue in the world made me completely fascinated with the world of customer service. I knew that some how, some way, I could take my experience and make the world a better place. Complaint Girl™ has allowed me to do that. Complaint Girl™ has been a special dream for me. I personally believe that quality customer service is something that each and every organization should always be striving to improve.
My training services are designed to help companies of any size organize a plan of action that will recognize both strengths and weaknesses, create a unified mission of improvement, and then assure that customer expectations are being exceeded.
In a perfect dream within a perfect world, I would go from organization to organization throughout northern Michigan assuring that motivation is high, service is exceptional and that customer expectations are being exceeded throughout the land.
Because our world is not perfect, I developed Complaint Girl™! Launched in the winter of 2007, the purpose of Complaint Girl™ is to provide a forum where consumers may seek free, valuable advice on their particular consumer complaints. Genius, don’t you think?!? I did.
Let’s make it our mission to rid the world of bad customer service by resolving one small issue at a time.
