team training

Customer service and team training has been a passion of mine since my days with Chicago’s  United Center in the late 1990’s.  I was first introduced to the basics of exemplary training simply through repeated visits to the Walt Disney World Resort.  While visiting the resort in the spring of 2007, I determined that I had actually slept on Disney property for over one complete year of my life!  It’s safe to say that I have experienced a lot and learned even more.  The greatest part is that I’ve taken all that wonderful knowledge from both work and life and then applied it to several businesses in several industries.  One thing remains constant: quality customer service is a necessary foundation of any successful company.

immediate and tangible results

Training over 2,000 team members annually at the largest arena in the world was a wonderful challenge that forever instilled in me a belief that every business can and should strive to place customers first.  No matter what the size, I would welcome the opportunity to discuss with you how effective training and empowerment will benefit your business or organization.  What I love most about effective training is that the results are both immediate and tangible.
